So what do I have to do to enter an RP? Do I have to register, enter stats, ect. or just barge in there with a character. Or are there specific rules for each RP thread?

Well, depends.

General RP- Join in. If there is anything specific in the beginning of the thread, you should read it and go along with it. If not, just hop in. Or start your own.

Specific/Member RPGs- You have to go by their rules and such.
